While that's useful, I find the real power of Last.FM is the customised mp3 feeds... I probably listen to those more than I listen to my MP3 collection.

For me, last.fm is one of the killer apps of the "data in the cloud" vision.

Re: Blastfm - Finally a Last.fm Player for S60… Maybe

I don't think this will scrobble played tracks James, but I'm much more interested in streaming! Now if only it worked for me...

Sent from my Nokia N95 8GB

Re: Blastfm - Finally a Last.fm Player for S60… Maybe

I've been using Mobbler for ages now. Love it.
Interested to see how this compares (when it works)

Re: Blastfm - Finally a Last.fm Player for S60… Maybe

+1 +1 +1

Re: Blastfm - Finally a Last.fm Player for S60… Maybe

I's actually how all last.fm players work but because the developers of blastfm have relied on a 3rd party mp3 player it's very obvious here.

One of the more annoying side-effects is that the album art downloads trigger shozu!

I'd like to see the MobileScrobbler app from the iPhone ported and S60-ized as it really doesn't get much slicker than that!.

Re: Blastfm - Finally a Last.fm Player for S60… Maybe

Agreed - even if it was working, python and internet radio spoofing is
obviously not optimal. I hope it sparks some solid development on a native
app.

Re: Blastfm - Finally a Last.fm Player for S60… Maybe

Kind of works for me, but it's a complete hack... I've been waiting for a decent last.fm player to arrive on S60 and hopefully this is the start of a great app :)

Re: Blastfm - Finally a Last.fm Player for S60… Maybe

Thanks Joel - I may format my phone and give it another shot but i still
can't get past entering my credentials.
