OK, I checked it out! Funny that I set it up and then didn't even play with it... ;)

Each feed will include the 10 most recent comments, ordered from newest to oldest. I'm not sure how often it updates - or how to find out how often it updates - but the feeds that I checked looked current.

That's a great addition to a great blog :) But why is it giving out only the latest 10 comments in the feed; what about the others?
