<rss version="2.0"><channel><title>Symbian in Motion - Latest Comments in Handy Weather Updated to Version 5.01</title><link>http://simo.disqus.com/</link><description></description><language>en</language><lastBuildDate>Wed, 05 Mar 2008 13:03:00 -0000</lastBuildDate><item><title>Re: Handy Weather Updated to Version 5.01</title><link>http://news.mobile9.com/s60apps/2008/02/20/handy-weather-updated-to-version-05/#comment-1634913</link><description>hiiii</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">aboura</dc:creator><pubDate>Wed, 05 Mar 2008 13:03:00 -0000</pubDate></item><item><title>Re: Handy Weather Updated to Version 5.01</title><link>http://news.mobile9.com/s60apps/2008/02/20/handy-weather-updated-to-version-05/#comment-1634914</link><description>This was one of the first apps on my N95, but the latest version has rather soured my previous excellent experiences with Epocware.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;When I installed, I noticed I didn't have the "Current Condition" for several of my selected cities.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also thought it was poor that the new maps couldn't be included in the regular scheduled downloads.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The reply from their support desk was a bit hard to take:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;"1.Unfortunately, this option was not included into the new version of the software due to the limitation of our new provider server: &lt;a href="http://Intellecast.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;Intellecast.com&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br&gt;They do not provide customers with this feature.&lt;br&gt;If you want we can replace the last version you have with the previous one.&lt;br&gt;Please, inform us about your decision."&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;They overlooked the fact that some cities are still working OK - so it seems to me they just chose not to pay for the less mainstream locations that I use (Asia).  More profit for them and tough luck for some of their customers.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As the only application that I have which needs to be paid for every year, this seems a curious approach to adding value to build brand loyalty and repeat business.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Ian</dc:creator><pubDate>Sat, 01 Mar 2008 00:09:31 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
