Some of them are nice Jon, especially a few alarms. Admittedly I'm not a fan of MIDI tones though...

I find that mp3 ringtones don't sound as good as midi ringtones on mobile phones. You need to experiment as the speakers on the phone may not have wide frequency range thus not allowing true tones to sound clear.

Fabulous link. It's frustrating trying to find a ringtone that actually works as a ring tone. And have it then in good quality.
