I've done tons of reading and see no solutions yet. Most suggestions involve pinging and I already do that.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Do you use google reader? That's where I'm getting the delays. For instance, as I added the new feed in Google Reader, the old feed already had the latest article update (Google acquires Jaiku), while the new one was stuck at 'Tips and tricks ...'.
