Or available for purchase anywhere? I'm so eager to see it.

Re: Nokia E66 and E71 Promo Videos & Specs

The only thing I can say is wait until you have played with the device. Pics and reviews help, but until you have used it and had it in your hand, you won't know for sure if you want it or not. The buttons are fine, Even though the design is smaller, the buttons funnily are not, they are just closer together.

Re: Nokia E66 and E71 Promo Videos & Specs

Thanks Abdul
Great comparison pics. This puts me into perspective. I Have to agree with Zylam, that the E71 is like an upgraded E51. I think I'll have to play with this E71 first and see how it handles, but on the first glimpse I'm truly disappointed in the screen size. It even looks smaller than the E51 screen (probably the same but in landscape).
And the keys also seem very small. I have large fingers, so the qwerty would probably loose it's function if I'd be pressing several buttons at the same time...
Oh I've been waiting for this phone a long time, and thought it would be a perfect work phone that I could press my company to get me, but it looks like it's gonna have to be a win-mo device or an iPhone (I would rather not go there). Or should I wait for Nokia touch?

Re: Nokia E66 and E71 Promo Videos & Specs

Added some high res pics.

Re: Nokia E66 and E71 Promo Videos & Specs

Thanks man.

I think the screen is .4 inches smaller than the E61i's. There's a nice comparison shot from Ben Smith here: http://www.flickr.com/photo...

Re: Nokia E66 and E71 Promo Videos & Specs

Ooooh yeah! I think the E71 is my choice to upgrade my E51. The qwerty keyboard makes life so much easier. But one thing concerns me and that is the screen size. The E61 and E61i both had a nice large screen, but the E71 looks much slimmer in design, almost like an E51 with more keys and less screen space. And that makes me worry, because browsing the net with a small screen is just a hassle. If it turns out the way I fear, then I'll have to get a win-mo gadget with a nice touch screen... but I don't want to, I like symbian, it's been good to me...
