You need to sign the app. There are guides all over the net, including one that I've linked here many times. Have a quick search and you should be good.

All of Samir's app are unsigned.Follow the beginning of this guide to get yourself a developer certificate and then use this app to sign the rotateMe SIS. You'll need to do the same thing once NokMote starts going out to donors but you can reuse the same cert.

Hey, guys i downloaded the beta unsigned, tried to install it on N95 and it always says certificate error is anybody else experiencing the same thing? i donated nokmote, so how is this gonna work?

I've got an N95. Donated, got the unregistered Beta Version within 10 minutes. Made a registered version of it, and guess what: It works like a charm and I'm very very pleased with it!

The only thing is: Because it is a Beta version, there is no help file and it will not startup at phone boot.
