@sheriff6241 Since the latest version uses transparency where the incoming caller text is displayed, the true resolution of Skyecaller images should be 240x320. The reduced quality that you're experiencing is likely due to the fact that Skyecaller reformats images and saves a highly compressed version of each image in a hidden directory. This is done in order to minimize memory consumption and optimize speed. Also, this way your caller images remain if you remove the originals.

What is the exact resolution of contact image Skyecaller 1.03 uses? I have a Nokia E65, 240x320px. All of my contact pictures are in this res.

I dont want to let the Skyecaller to re-crop and degrade quality of pictures. Thanks

It sounds like you may have had this app installed on your phone before, perhaps a trial of an older version? In this event a new trial likely wouldn't work. If that's not the case, you should email their support team and I'm sure they'd be happy to help you.

So I downloaded the 'supposed' 1 day trial version, but it won't let me trial the application. It insists on asking for a licence number and won't run without it. Does a trial version exists, and if so how do I load it for a Nokia E70.

Have you checked the download links though? Last time I checked while using Skyecaller PRO, it linked me to a bunch of free content - including some awesome ringtones from rcptones.com! Have a look :)

Hi zach,

I downloaded and installed 1.03 and things seem to be okay.. although I don't notice any improvement.

What I do notice is the new ugly 'Download' entry in every list in the app! I was already irritated by the presence of the 'How to Buy' option in a paid for copy but this new 'Download' entry just pushes the limit. To treat paying customers this way is just not done! I bought this app but having experience this, there's no way I'm buying another app from Skyestream.

PS: Sorry if this isn't the place to vent :-(

Yes antrix, your existing license code will work for the upgrade. I see 1.03 listed on their site now - have a look here.

Just make sure you uninstall the old version before installing the new one.

So how do I download this update? The version on their site (trial download) is still 1.02. Also, I'm assuming I can update my copy of 1.02 with 1.03 without having to buy it again!

nice app. But I did choose to de-install the app. on my nokia e65 (slow 200mhz processor) it just didn't work snppy enough for me. The standaard callscreen flips up half a second before skycaller jumpes in. I also think it doesn't improve the overall phone speed (especially when you recieve a call while browsing online for example)
