Had to un-install.
i tried installing ActiveFile with all files, i signed it but after chosing Phone memory as the destination for tha installation, i get an error telling me "Requested (or Required, i dont remember exactly) permission not granted) so had to install another version without all files but with screencapture!
Using the same signing process that worked with all other applications.
What theme is shown in the screenshots above?
BTW I too had problems signing the file with my cert.
What kinds of problems are you having with the signing process? Perhaps you can post in the signing topic on m9 linked above.
This had worked previously (I registered with SymbianSigned back in March.
I have confirmed that the date format is correct per M9.
The alternative is to date your phone back to April or May and install but you might as well just create a new cert as it's very simple and will save you they annoyance of having to back-date your device with each new installation.
When I tried to login to SymbianSigned.com, I get a "login failure" error each time. I wait for a while, as per the instructions and try again but no go.
I tried resetting the password but even if I do, I get the same error:
"Login failure
Either the given username or password was invalid. Please verify your login information and try again.
Your account might also be locked for a short period of time, if you have entered invalid password too many times. If you think that is the case, try again later."
I tried to re-register but it says my email ID is already in use and won't accept my Gmail user ID.
How can I get back in to check or re-request my cert?
I have confirmed that the date format is correct (dd/mm/yyyy) on my device (as posted elsewhere)
I've used the "Lost password" entry 3 times and everytime it's the same...
“Login failure

I've also sent an email and a reminder to symbiansigned@symbian.com
I will try the date trick...
