I used it as described with ProfiMail on my N80 because push apps were just too hard on my battery. I use it to activate Podcasting app at night (which is then set to autoupdate a few minutes later) but I haven't set it up to the extent you're going into. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The main reason is 1. I don't use my phone the same way each day and 2.
